About Phoolah
Phoolah was born in loft office in downtown Greenville, SC. Business partners Doug Yeager and Adam Landrum thought it would be cool to come up with a way to pay contactlessly with the mobile phone and reload one's card account over the air. They thought about how it could be done...maybe a prepaid card with an Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader...stick the prepaid card to a phone...and then secure it in place with a personalized mobile skin. Viola, Phoolah was born. The patent was filed. And now, there's a cool way to pay!
